Danjo 3D Studio uses contact, delivery and order information only to communicate with customers and fulfil orders. Direct payments are processed securely by Stripe; this website does not store card information. Purchases made through Etsy remain subject to Etsy's privacy policy. We do not sell personal information.

We accept eligible returns within 7 days of delivery. Contact us before returning an unused item. Personalized and custom products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when an item arrives damaged or defective, in which case we cover it. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually take 20 to 30 days to be completed, depending on your bank or card issuer. Etsy policies continue to apply to purchases completed through Etsy.

Physical items are made to order and are usually ready to ship within 7–10 business days. Standard shipping within Canada is CA$15. Free local pickup is available in Chilliwack, British Columbia; pickup instructions are sent after the order is prepared.

We ship worldwide. International rates are calculated by parcel weight and use Chit Chats tracked services; the exact amount is shown in the cart once you choose your destination. Tracking is included. Import duties, customs charges and local taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the receiver and are not included in the shipping price. Delivery estimates begin after production and may vary by destination or carrier.

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Danjo 3D Studio is not currently collecting sales tax through this website. Product colours may vary slightly because of screen settings and the nature of 3D printing. Customers are responsible for reviewing names, colours and personalization entered at checkout. We will contact you if an order requires clarification before production.
