How long until my order ships?
Every piece is made to order. Most items are ready to ship within 7–10 business days; larger or fully custom pieces may take a little longer.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay through secure Stripe checkout. No account is needed: you can check out as a guest, and we never see or store your card details.
Can I personalize a piece?
Yes. Many pieces can include a name or short message. Add your request in the order notes at checkout or contact us before ordering.
What are the products made of?
Most physical pieces are made with premium PLA, a durable and lightweight plant-based material. Each listing includes its exact material details.
Do you offer custom saints, sizes or colours?
We do. Message @danjo_3d on Instagram or request a custom order through Etsy.
Do you ship or offer local pickup?
Yes. Standard shipping within Canada is CA$15, free local pickup is available in Chilliwack, and we ship worldwide. See the rate table below.
How much is shipping to my country?
Rates are calculated by parcel weight, using Chit Chats tracked services. Add your items to the cart and choose your destination — the exact cost appears before you check out.

A 15 cm cross weighs about 150 g packed; a 25 cm statue about 640 g. Tracking is included on every international parcel. Import duties and local taxes, where they apply, are paid by the receiver.
